Cary Quashen, President of Action Family Counseling, says today’s marijuana is not even in the same category as the marijuana of the 1970’s. A hit off a joint used to deliver 3 milligrams of THC. Now it’s 30 milligrams of THC! Some products deliver 80-100% THC!
This is seriously impacting children’s motivation and memory. Marijuana is at crisis levels with our children.
We have people coming into the psych ward daily from overdoses of THC causing serious psychosis.
I won’t tell you that every kid who smokes pot will become a heroine addict. But I will tell you every heroine addict likely started with pot.
Why is it that tax dollars are more important than protecting our children? Marijuana is NOT recreational! This is serious!
How do you tell a 14 year old kid who feels “better” after taking his 1st hit of weed that it’s bad for him?
You can vape ANYTHING these days, THC, heroine, opiods, you name it. You never really know what’s in them.
We’re going to lose 60k people per year from accidental overdoses. That’s more than from car crashes! That’s not counting drug related accidents, suicides, or family abuse.
All drug abuse starts innocently. 1 in every 6 Americans will have a drug problem in their lifetime.
How much time does a parent of a 12-18 year old spend with their kids? 2-10 mins PER DAY! This is a HUGE problem. We’re losing a generation to social media. They are connected to everything BUT family. So what becomes important to them? Not family! The breakdown of the family is why we’re having such a problem with addiction.
