What is CRT really about!

Chris Arend, one of the very few Americans qualified as an attorney in both Germany and America.  He is now retired and serves on the school board in Paso Robles.  He has dealt in detail with the modern concept of systemic racism as well as Critical Race Theory and is urging his Board to ban the teaching of Critical Race Theory in Paso Robles schools while also supporting a new ethnic studies course at the high school.
