AOC is dumber than dirt. But the people who listen to her and BELIEVE her are actually dumber than she is! Democrats fearmonger with their lies to get what they want, and their constituency doesn’t fact-check them to make sure what they’re saying is true.
Red Flag Laws = Extreme Risk Protection Order or Gun Violence Prevention Order. It’s legislation that defines how one person can petition to have firearms confiscated from another person based on a suspicion or fear. The person loses Due Process, Private Property Rights, and 2nd Amendment rights, then has to PROVE they aren’t a danger even though no crime has been committed. There are already laws on the books to get a person help if they’re potentially a danger to themselves or others… mental health help. Red Flag laws don’t address mental health.
There is no such thing as “gun violence”. Guns are inanimate objects. They cannot commit violent acts. Only humans commit gun violence.
Red Flag laws create more victims. You have to PAY the police to store your firearms, and if they damage your firearm… too bad!
Red Flag Laws strip American citizens who are law-abiding gun owners of THREE Constitutionally protected rights.
The welfare of humanity is always the alibi of tyrants.
