Trump’s free speech executive order could cost colleges billions

Now the President has to sign an Executive Order to get colleges to adhere to the 1st Amendment.

Trump’s new executive order wants colleges to take on some of the responsibility when students default on their loan. Right now, colleges help secure the loans but have no skin in the game if students can’t pay.
