The ACLU is apparently just fine with a lack of due process!

The ACLU took issue with Education Secretary Betsy DeVos’s proposed Title IX sexual harassment policy which would set the standard to “clear and convincing evidence” for sexual assault cases, requiring due process rather than an assumption of guilt.
