State passes free speech law? WHY? 1st Amendment?

Why does a state have to pass a law already covered by the Feds? Louisiana passed a free speech law. Why didn’t they just enforce the Constitution?

In Ontario, Canada, now you cannot be a foster parent unless you will agree with transgenderism and gender identity!? REALLY?  Yes really. It also dictates religious freedom. How? Child services will only consider the child’s own religion, not those of the foster parents. Teaching adopted or fostered children about your religion could be considered child abuse.

Think this is only happening in Canada?

Check out Illinois Department of Child and Family Services. If you don’t support and validate gender identity and transgenderism, they’ll fire you.
