San Francisco leaders try to redefine criminals to erase stigmas. They actually spent time on this rather than trying to solve the homeless, drug addicted, poop problems plaguing their streets. Maybe instead of the beautiful cityscapes they have lining the walls of their offices they should have REAL pictures of the homeless tents, drug users, and sidewalks littered with human feces to remind them what their JOB is!!!
