Rep. Adam Schiff wants to resurrect an outdated law that hasn’t been used in forever to fine Trump Admin individuals $25k/day. He wants to allow Congress to enforce subpoenas thru fines. He didn’t seem to think that was important when AG Holder was being called in for questioning.
