MORE VA failures! Veteran being forced to move to save his life

How do we fix the VA? It’s going to take some drastic measures.

Courtney Brayton, wife of US Air Force Veteran David Brayton, talks about the difficulties trying to navigate the VA to get a life-saving double lung transplant for her husband. She says, there is no “NOW” in the VA.
To get ON the transplant list, the VA is forcing them to MOVE to another state.
Greater Los Angeles (GLA) VA tells Courtney, they are in uncharted territory because NO ONE has ever made it this far in the process. How is that possible? GLA is the largest VA in the country. Have they never made it this far in a transplant process because they’re letting our veterans DIE???
Courtney has had to take over the business for her husband. Navigating the VA has been so time-consuming it’s become Courtney’s fulltime job. She’s had to hire people to take over her job.
Courtney says life is hard enough caring for my disabled, terminally ill husband without also having to fight the VA for reasonable treatment!
