LA sheriff refuses to enforce immigration law

California sheriff vows to ‘physically remove’ ICE agents from jails. He also plans to limit the crimes that lead authorities to cooperate with ICE.
Cops are frustrated with California’s sanctuary laws that prevent them from working with ICE, even with criminals who’ve been previously deported and since returned.
Democrat Congressman Luis Gutiérrez thinks that immigration laws shouldn’t be enforced at Christmastime and rips into Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen at a congressional hearing for ruining Christmas for illegal aliens. Has this guy EVER read the Constitution?
