California wants to stop sit-down restaurants from offering customers straws with their drink unless specifically requested. If it becomes law, a waiter who serves a drink with an un-requested straw could face up to 6 months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000. Is this REALLY something we need govt to do? And JAIL TIME?!?
