LU contends that they cannot violate the First Amendment because it “is a limitation on the government’s power to regulate private speech and association.” They are a private university.

Just how hard is it to make a good old fashioned Bible movie in Hollywood? ALMOST impossible, ALMOST!

New TV series is a humanized character study of the real men and women of the Bible. It isn’t just a presentation of the facts, it portrays them as REAL people.

If we can see Jesus thru the eyes of the people who were impacted by Him, we could be impacted by Him in the same way. That’s the goal of this show.

Dallas had to go completely around the normal Hollywood process to make this film. Doing so allowed him to ensure that the story remained authentic and factually accurate depicting the life of Christ.
