Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh is under fire as well. Trump may not have any recourse against the lies, but Kavanaugh does. He is a public figure, but he can file suit against NYT for knowingly publishing malicious lies against him. And STILL, there are politicians calling for his impeachment, even after NYT retracted!
Seems that some politicians are delusional. They refuse to acknowledge reality.
