Did we lose God?

You don’t have to get involved with politics, but you DO need to PAY ATTENTION to what’s going on, because what they do affects US, and we can make changes with our votes.

Pastor David Hegg, with Grace Baptist Church, says church used to be about Jesus Christ, God’s word, and learning right from wrong. Many churches have backed away from those teachings and watered down the message in order to increase attendance. If you take the Savior thing out of the teachings, you don’t have to admit that need someone bigger than yourself.

Over time, society has eliminated the word “sin” because everything has become an option. We’ve given up moral standards and the Bible and it has not made America a better place to live.

No one wants to admit they need a Savior because that would mean they are flawed to the point of needing help.

Communities used to be built on what people had in common, now groups are built based on what they are against. It drives hate and outrage.

The Bible isn’t just God’s word, it’s God’s LAW.

Young people who’ve been raised without moral value are now having children and are wanting to instill values in their own children, but don’t know where to start.

People don’t reject God. They reject what they’d have to live like if they accepted God.

If you don’t like church, you’re going to hate heaven!

We have basically turned Jesus into a life coach. But that leaves out the most important fact… that He’s our Savior!

Some people are following Christ at SUCH a distance, they would NEVER be identified with Him.
