Pacific Justice Institute’s (PJI) founder Brad Dacus updates us on the recent cases that have been heard affecting religious freedom.

California Judge denied the State’s request to forcefully shut down Christian Boarding School that refused to adopt LGBT sexual exploration and abortion citing First Amendment concerns with the State’s demands.
The Supreme Court has already ruled that it’s not against the rules to have a baby Jesus in a public display. It is not considered a religious conversion attempt.
In public school districts, it’s perfectly legal for students to lead invocations and prayer at school events. And schools are within their right to sing Christmas songs, even religious ones.
Private individuals with their private businesses have every right to refuse to participate in a ceremony that violates their own religious beliefs. No group should be able to bully, silence, and imprison others for refusing to be silent about their religious beliefs.
