Why is House Speaker Nancy Pelosi refusing to hold a full vote deciding whether or not to impeach the president. House Democrat Val Demings (D-FL) says there’s no precedence and no requirement under the Constitution to hold a vote to impeach. Really?!? FoxNews’ Chris Wallace calls her out on it.
