Campus free speech vetoed in Montana!?!

May 24, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 7:55 pm PDT

Montana’s Democrat governor recently vetoed a campus free speech bill. The governor says the public universities have assured her that they promote free speech. But their written policies state otherwise. Did she not think to look at them?

UC Berkeley law dean Erwin Chemerinsky calls the Alabama abortion law “clearly unconstitutional.” As is President Trump’s free speech executive order. He is supposedly “one of the nation’s leading constitutional scholars.” Fortunately, he isn’t on the Supreme Court and there are plenty of other people who disagree with his assessment.

Left-leaning student paper at Rutgers University lost it’s funding in a student vote. Apparently students didn’t want to continue receiving the paper. The paper says they’re facing a budget cut of $540k, so they’ve started a GoFundMe page to raise $100k. Let that sink in… what were they doing with the excess $440k they’ve been getting each year?!?

Conflict of interest? Rep. Jerry Nadler’s son reportedly works for a law firm that is suing President Trump.

A federal judge temporarily blocked the Trump administration’s plan to use Defense Department funds for the border wall citing “separation of powers”.

Jimmy Fallon’s “Tonight Show” has been steadily falling in the ratings. That’s what happens if people don’t like your product.

Somehow, Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) thinks the 14th Amendment (which she thinks is about Search & Seizure) is about “privacy” with relation to our body parts! And she’s writing our laws folks. You can’t make this stuff up!
