Ban on Christian prayer at a Christian school?

Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) refused to allow Cambridge Christian School (CCS) to pray before the start of a championship football game (against another Christian school) because the Citrus Bowl microphone and public address system were state-owned equipment (you can’t make this stuff up!) The lower court judge upheld it, but 11th Circuit Court reversed the decision agreeing that the school’s free speech and free exercise rights had been violated.
