Recent study shows smartphones may NOT really be a help! Could it be the reason that millennials have so much trouble dealing with reality? Around 2010, teens started spending time doing things differently than teens had in prior generations.

The average teen spends between 6-8 hours per day on a screen. Social media is really social isolation.
