Virginia BOY found guilty of sexual abuse!

A Loudoun County juvenile court judge found a high school student guilty of sexually assaulting a female classmate, 15, in the girl’s bathroom. The father of the girl is demanding an apology.

The Loudoun County School Board is accused of covering it up when the girl’s father, Scott Smith, was arrested at a June meeting over the transgender bathroom policy. Smith was told they had not received any reports of sexual assaults in the bathrooms.

Juvenile court judge Pamela Brooks charged the biological boy, who allegedly identifies as transgender, with one felony count of forcible sodomy and another count of forcible fellatio.

“We are greatly relieved that justice was served today,” said Bill Stanley, an attorney for the girl’s family. “No one should have to endure what this family has endured, and now their focus is completely upon their daughter’s health and safety as she progresses forward with her life.”

Smith is demanding an apology from the National School Boards Administration for being called a domestic terrorist or he is willing to go to court.

“I am a father who cares deeply for his daughter, who would go to the ends of the earth to protect both her and other students who attend public school in Loudoun County from suffering what she has suffered due to the misguided social policies adopted by the Loudoun County School Board,” he said in a statement. “I am not a ‘domestic terrorist.’”
