Democratic nominee Joe Biden has pushed a “unity” theme since believing he was elected president last week — the election outcome remains in flux, with President Trump not conceding as he pursues legal options over alleged voter fraud — calling on the American people to “come together.”
Well, people did come together in Washington on Saturday, only it wasn’t quite like Biden envisioned as violent Antifa-Black Lives Matter mobs attacked isolated Trump supporters in town for the “Million MAGA March” — with nary a peep from Biden.
Tens of thousands of Americans converged on the nation’s capital to show support for President Trump and to express concerns about the integrity of our elections, but the march was marred by numerous incidents of violence, with mostly women and elderly people being attacked when finding themselves alone among the cowardly mob, who often assaulted the Trump supporters from behind.
Amid the deafening silence from the 77-year-old former vice president, U.S. Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, shared a video of some of the violence online, asking: “Will Joe Biden condemn the violence against Trump supporters?”
For what it’s worth, Biden attended church services Sunday morning in Wilmington, Delaware, and a Twitter account set up for Biden’s “transitional team” posted a tweet the same morning acknowledging the anniversary of the Clean Air Act.
Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., tweeted video footage of another attack, asking: “When is Joe Biden, Mr. Unity, going to condemn this violence?”
Former NRA spokesperson Dana Loesch shared video of an elderly Trump supporter being attacked, adding sarcastically: “I’m sure Biden will denounce this when all the press ask him about it.”
Not only has Biden been silent, but so too has much of the corrupt media, which prompted first daughter Ivanka Trump to call them out for their “shameful [and] dangerous” silence.
