Our Founders believed that every human being, regardless of race, gender, birth, national origin, or religion, is a creature of God and, as such, endowed with a right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Human beings are unequal in many respects, but they are equal in their possession of natural rights. This means, as Thomas Paine argued, that no man is naturally king and another naturally subject. Similarly, Thomas Jefferson, and Alexander Hamilton argued, that while every man is subject to God, the only true monarch in the universe, no man is naturally or divinely ruler of or subject to another man, hence the Declaration of Independence, and our Constitution.
As explained by The Constitution Reader at Hillsdale College:
The federal government, America’s Founders held, must be strong enough to accomplish the limited ends for which it was established, yet not so strong that it would transgress the rights of individuals. Without constitutional limitations like enumerated powers, federalism, elections, and the separation of powers, those in power will aggrandize their rule at the expense of liberty. Even with these structural limits, however, freedom is fragile and citizens must always be vigilant.
Lord Acton said generations ago. In the Greek tragedy Antigone, written by Sophocles, “Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.”
Progressives on the other hand believed that government should not be limited and that a living constitution as opposed to a fixed one, responds to the alleged and real deficiencies of private institutions and individuals by setting up bureaucratic agencies, staffed by scientifically trained “neutral” experts, to address social and economic problems. Hence the term “Deep State” we have today, the unelected fourth entity of our government.
President Woodrow Wilson in his “What is Progress Speech 1912” said, “Now, it came to me … that the Constitution of the United States had been made under the dominion of the Newtonian Theory…. The trouble with the theory is that government is not a machine, but a living thing. It falls, not under the theory of the universe, but under the theory of organic life. It is accountable to Darwin, not to Newton. It is modified by its environment, necessitated by its tasks, shaped to its functions by the sheer pressure of life.”
Today we see this stands true, as Americans and Patriots we now find ourselves becoming more of the minority instead of the majority on our own soil. The progressives continue the fight to not only erode our Constitutional Republic but to remove the will of the people and our God given rights.
Today America finally has a real President, after eight years of fundamental transformation and lawlessness we are seeing the aftermath of poor leadership. President Trump is fighting to save our great nation from the fundamental transformation into a third world country created by the administration before him.
We The People must stand strong and have our President’s back. Never in the history of our nation has a President had to endure the amount of hate and anger which now has grown out of control thanks to the Progressive Liberals.
Progressives do not care about us normal people who work and function daily according to our way of life and our Founding Fathers. It is always about how they can interpret our laws to meet their needs, and not what is best for our society as a whole.
Many people including our youths today, have been blind-sided and dumbed down by the progressive liberal far left, and there seems to be no stopping it as of right now. For too long, the liberals have spun our history and our society into some sort of weird fantasy while spewing their lies and obstructing the real progress our President is working to achieve in Making America Great Again.
As we see, the Progressives seem to be living in a land that is way south of anything we Freedom Loving Americans would want to call normal. Here is hoping for a better and brighter future now that the Obamanation nightmare is over. And those liberals who are still whining and crying? Well, they can be sent to the nearest Kumbaya clinic for rehabilitation back into the real world. We The People have had enough of this lunacy.
