Trump immigration policy is FAR from being the Holocaust!

Holocaust survivors: With all due respect, President Trump's immigration policy is far from being the Holocaust.

There was a town hall in California this week and the topic was the new immigration policy which is being enforced by President Trump. Part of this plan is to remove illegal aliens as well as a plan to build a wall on the southern border of the country.

Some of these fake news media outlets, like MSNBC and others, need to get the facts right on immigration and liberals need to stop with the lies. Holocaust survivors have a huge impact in a Jewish community and they need to get the right information before influencing people the wrong way. The policy is nowhere near nor anyway like the Holocaust in any shape, form or fashion.

In the Holocaust legal citizens were taken to their deaths just because they were Jewish. They were tortured in camps, separated from their families just because of who they are. Holocaust survivors, that is not what this immigration law is about.

The fact is, when people come into the nation illegally they break the law. There are no ifs ands or buts about it. Laws are there for a reason, primarily to protect the citizens of the country.

People of the United States should not be upset at the President and the government, rather they should be upset at the people who break the law that puts their own families in difficult situations. Illegal aliens put themselves in this situation, unlike the Jews in Germany who were merely just living their lives.

Think about all the people who come to America legally, who wait for years to make it happen. My own mother is a legal immigrant from Europe. She came the legal way, as every immigrant should.

As far as the wall goes, Israel, the Jewish nation, has fences and walls that protect Israelis from terrorists. But Holocaust survivors accept that. Why can’t Americans have that same protection?

Statistics have shown, since Israel put the wall up terrorism has dropped tremendously. There is a drug cartel in Mexico run by a corrupt Mexican government who traffic to Americans. Where is the outcry for the innocents who are killed or harmed in the cross fire?

The United States government, under the leadership of President Trump, is not sending ILLEGAL aliens to their deaths, so there is no need to use the phrase “never again” with regard to this policy. It is uncalled for. Comparing the Holocaust to the immigration policy is comparing apples to oranges.

So please, Holocaust survivors, get the facts straight before speaking against this plan. You have a huge influence and it should not affect a community in the wrong way. Americans have a right to feel protected in their own country.
