Multiple news agencies are reporting heavy police activity in Volo, IL a town just five miles to the south of Fox Lake where Lt. Joe Gliniewicz was killed on Tuesday morning.

This is the same area where authorities have been conducting a search for three armed and dangerous suspects. According to FOX6now.com “There are multiple unconfirmed reports of one or more people running in the fields and neighborhoods in that area.”
“Mark Suppelsa with WGN said on Twitter sources tell WGN 911 was called Wednesday night south of Fox Lake, regarding two suspicious men. The men reportedly ran into a field near Route 12 and IL 120.”
