Ford employee, Thomas Banks, wants to know why LGBT employees can express themselves in a company publication, but a Christian employee cannot.
Ford expressed support for its LGBT employees group, Ford GLOBE, in a recent publication. Banks, a Christian, replied to the article with his deeply held religious beliefs on homosexuality and was promptly fired. He has since filed a lawsuit for religious discrimination.
Now the question remains… if the LGBT group is allowed to publicize it’s viewpoint in the company newsletter, why shouldn’t the Christian man be allowed to do the same?
