“Boys and girls” is taboo because it’s a “gendered expression.”
But “purple penguins” are “gender inclusive”? Why? Aren’t there “boy” and “girl” penguins? Or are we just supposed to pretend like that part of penguin anatomy doesn’t exist?
Teachers at a Nebraska public school district were given a list entitled “12 steps on the way to gender inclusiveness” developed by the Gender Spectrum organization. In it, they instruct teachers to ask children which gender they are and provide options as “boy, girl, both or neither.”
Now don’t you just want to homeschool your kids from this point forward?
