Obama: Misogyny to Blame for Tight Presidential Race

During a speech on a college campus in Columbus, President Obama mentioned that the reason Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are tight in the presidential race in Ohio is not other than misogyny.

He strongly believed that America have not had a female president because women are treated different than men, including candidate Hillary Clinton.

“When a guy is ambitious and out in the public arena and working hard, well that’s okay, but when a woman suddenly does it, suddenly you’re all like, ‘Well, why’s she doing that?’ I’m just being honest,” He noted.

That is why, according to the President,

Although Clinton is “so much better qualified than” Republican Donald Trump,

People are reluctant to choose a woman.

Obama added,

“This notion that it’s somehow hard to choose? it shouldn’t be.”

During his speech, he tried to focus the attention of Trump controversial comments during his campaign, claiming that

“[Trump] wouldn’t let you into one of his hotels unless you were cleaning the room” or onto his golf courses “unless you were mowing the fairway.”

The President suggested that “the guys out there” to

“look inside yourself and ask yourself, if you’re having problems with this stuff [electing a female president] how much of it is that we’re just not used to it?”

It seems that Obama refuses to recognizes that maybe the reason people are not choosing Clinton is simply because they do not like what she did as a government official and do not trust her. Others may not feel that what she proposes to do if elected is the best for the country.

So, Mister President, misogyny seems like the least possible reason people would not vote for Clinton.
